Application for team membership

To all applicants know that each and every application will be taken serious.  Fill
out these few questions to give us an idea of yourself.  Know that if you do
become a member of the howling wind paranormal society you will be held to the
rules.  This is a serious group who is here to find out the truth and we take
ourselves very seriously.  If chosen to be a member you will enter into a 90-day
probationary period and during that period will be referred to as an
probationary investigator in training.  At the end of the 90-day probation period
you will obtain the rank of investigator in training membership status.  This gives
both you and the group time to see if it will work out though some may move
forward quicker if approved by the core members. Thank you for your interest

Rules and Regulations:
***NOTE: ALL RULES SUBJECT TO CHANGE***

1.) All Howling Wind Paranormal Society team members will follow the rules
while on an investigation or anytime they represent Howling wind Paranormal
Society.

2.) Howling Wind Paranormal Society team members will not trespass on
private property.  All property investigated will be done so with the written
consent of the land owner/ caretaker.

3.) All Howling Wind Paranormal Society team members will conduct himself/
herself in a professional manner anytime they are representing Howling Wind
Paranormal Society.  Members must maintain a professional attitude and
demeanor.

4.) Howling Wind Paranormal Society team members will be on time to
investigations.  Showing up late is very unprofessional and reflects badly on
Howling Wind Paranormal Society.

5.)  If any active member doesn't  participate in the group for three months
consecutively they shall go to guest status and the guest investigator with the
most sensibility will be promoted to active member status.

6.) Possession of any illegal drugs, firearms is strictly prohibited and will
result in an immediate removal from Howling Wind Paranormal Society with no
possibility of return.

7.) Alcoholic beverages of any type are strictly banned from investigative
sites or while member is representing HWPS.

8.) All tobacco products are banned from investigative locations or while
members are representing HWPS.

9.) Respect your other team members.  If you have a problem discuss it with
the team member you have the problem with do not gossip about or behind your
fellow team members backs.  This will lead to immediate removal from Howling
Wind Paranormal Society with no possibility of return.

10.)  Any data and or information (including but not limited to photos, video,
audio, and all written materials) are for use of Howling Wind Paranormal
Society, and shall not be used for any other purpose.  All home owners will
receive a copy of all evidence found.

1.) All guest investigators are considered to be investigators in training with a
probationary status until which time the core members deem to promote said
member to active member status and they achieve the rank of investigator.  All
probationary members/ investigators in training shall not venture out on their
own and must be paired with a core member for training purposes.

2.)  No one under the age of 16 years of age will be allowed on an investigation
without a parental consent and presence on the investigation of the parent.  No
member under age 18 shall be eligible to reach active membership.

3.) All team members are expected to be dressed in HWPS shirts (required to
be ordered by member before probationary status is over for price of $25.00
each payed by individual member) clean and laundered, jeans, and appropriate
footwear.  No low cut shirts, shorts, or showing of underwater will be allowed
on site.  This is very unprofessional and reflects badly on HWPS.

4.) All team members while representing HWPS will be expected to have good
personal hygiene.  This is a matter of professionalism and consideration for
your fellow members. We all reflect each other.

5.) Use of heavy perfumes, colognes, or heavily scented deodorants are
strongly discouraged related to the interference of the olfactory sense (sense
of smell).

6.) Do not point LED lights directly at infrared cameras or video equipment.

7.) Any investigator/ investigator in training caught deliberately trying to
falsify evidence shall be removed permanently.

18.) All members are required to check their HWPS email for notices of
change, destination of upcoming investigations, or meetings that will be emailed
to your personal HWPS email by Thursday. Note all members are held
responsible for the information within these email's.

19.) If you are unable to attend an investigation text or call Cams or Plant
Lady, or email HWPS the day before scheduled activity.

0.) The 2nd Saturday of each month is when  our monthly meetings will be
held. In which we will go over any new news in the organization or take this
time to train on equipment.  The meetings will start at
12 noon and last
approximately 1 hour.  Location will be emailed to you via your personal HWPS
email.

1.) All members are required to sign a form which will be sent to your
personal HWPS email stating that they have read and agree with all the rules
or regulations of the organization.  After completion of the form follow
prompts to send form back to howling wind paranormal headquarters.  All
forms sent back to HWPS will be kept on file and team members will be held
accountable for all information held within the returned form.

2.)  All rules may be changed or added to in the future by the core members.

3.) Must attend monthly meeting on second Saturday of each month, unless
they have a family emergency, which can be verified.

4.) Must attend at least 3 investigations within a 3-month period to move
from probationary period to investigator in training.

5.) Must abide by all of the rules at all times. Not abiding by the rules will
result in a warning the first time, if a second time occurs you will receive a
written notice and for a third offense be dismissed from the group.

from investigator in training to full investigator.

29.)  Until that time that a hwps t-shirt is bought members must dress in a
dark color t-shirt
31.)  Excessive swearing will not be tolerated.  This is a filthy habit and is
unacceptable.
